Terms and Conditions

1. Payments
1.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

1.2. If you would like the entertainer to stay beyond the agreed time, you must call The Clown Company to notify us of the desired extension and make payment via credit card during the call.

1.3. The Clown Company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings to recover any unpaid debts. Additional costs may be incurred for any outstanding amounts.

2. Cancellation

2.1. If the event is cancelled one week prior to the scheduled date, 50% of the total fee is still payable.

2.2. Cancellations made on the day of the event require full payment.
